Duncan Hat Co. is a family-owned business rooted in tradition and hard work. The name “Duncan” comes from my grandfather, who founded the Duncan Farm and Ranch. After his passing in August, I felt called to carry on his legacy. We often spoke about my dream of starting a hat company, and he always reminded me that anything was possible I would just have to work hard at it. His encouragement inspired me to turn that dream into reality.
